1. Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact

    • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products that are used, damaged, or missing parts

  • Personal care items, undergarments, or hygiene-related products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as β€œnon-returnable”


3. Return Process

    within the return period to initiate a return request.

  2. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the item back.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or replacement.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (or as store credit, if you prefer).

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be made to your bank account or UPI ID after verification.


5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible β€” but you may request a return after delivery (as per our return policy).
